A: After putting some items into the cart, you may click "proceed to checkout". When choosing your payment method, there is a little box titled "enter coupon code". Simply key in the coupon code you obtained and the discount will be applied to your order total.

Q: How long does the shipping take?
A: It depends on which country you live in. For domestic shipping in Canada, it takes an average of 2 to 4 business days. For USA shipping, the average is 2 to 5 business days. Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: 6 Degrees does not comprise any service and we spend a lot of money on shipping supplies. Every item will be packed carefully with quality bubble mailer or boxes with a lot of cousion so your item will always arrive in perfect shape, guaranteed. Should there be any chance that post officers went insane and destroyed our bullet-proof packaging, don't worry, your item is covered by insurance and we will promptly issue you an exchange free of charge.

Return Policy
You may return most mint items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Item has to be in 100% working order and perfect cosmetic condition with complete package, manual and parts. A 25% restocking fee will be applied if above requirement is not met.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
